Keep it running
Materials handling equipment only earns its keep when it is working. FTM keeps fleets running with planned maintenance, full servicing, statutory LOLER/PUWER examinations and rapid breakdown cover, carried out by our own manufacturer-trained engineers across South, Mid and West Wales.
Our engineers run GPS-tracked vans stocked with the right tools and genuine parts, so most issues are fixed in a single on-site visit. We service and maintain all of our products that we provide, plus wider equipment we supply, whether you bought it from us or not.
Planned maintenance
Scheduled servicing to the manufacturer’s recommendations, timed around your operation. This in turn reduces wear, keeps the machine operational and minimises downtime.
Full servicing
Comprehensive service work on all products and the wider range we supply: genuine parts, by manufacturer-trained engineers, on site or in the workshop.
LOLER & PUWER thorough examination
Statutory thorough examination to keep lifting equipment legal and insurable, providing a written or electronic report flagging anything that needs attention. Carried out by our CFTS Certified Engineers.
Emergency breakdown
When a machine stops, we attend quickly: GPS-tracked vans carrying tools and stock, so the majority of faults are fixed in a single visit.
We offer flexible finance options on all equipment, letting you spread the cost while keeping cash flow free for your operation. All finance is arranged through agreements that are regulated and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, so you can borrow with complete confidence.
Book a service or call-out
Tell us the machine and what it needs. For a breakdown, call 01656 766200 for the fastest response.
Breakdown? Call first
If a machine is down and stopping work, phone the service desk for the fastest response. The form is best for planned servicing, LOLER examinations and contract enquiries. Have the machine make, model and serial number ready if you can.
